As a Christian Psychotherapist, my goal is to help to help you navigate through life transitions, overcome feelings of depression, anxiety, and unbelief, build up your faith and Christ confidence and to forgive yourself and others. I also will help to you uncover your true potential in Yeshua (Jesus) so that you can live a life that is worth celebrating and giving Him the glory. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.

By applying Christian Counseling with valid psychotherapy intervention such as Supportive Counseling, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Grief Counseling, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, I will teach you how to overcome long-standing behavior patterns, limited beliefs and negative perceptions that may be holding you back from seeing yourself the way Father God does.  I also will teach you effective coping strategies to help you self regulate your emotions, manage stress and reduce anxiety so that you achieve your God given purpose and experience a more fulfilling life as the Daughter of The King.
